We are a group of people mainly Asia-based artists who have over 20 years of experience with thriving business in our country. We would like to offer our services to the world. If we could meet all our customers in person, it would be awesome! However, that would be cost prohibitive, so the most viable alternative is to meet you through our product offerings here.

Each of our artists is a specialist and the best in what they do. We are confident that our creativity and artwork will be to your complete satisfaction. Each work is unique, one of a kind piece of art individually and exquisitely custom made to your exact specifications.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.We shall do everything in our power to ensure that you know exactly what you are getting, and we know exactly what you want before an order is placed. You are special to us, and we very much want your experience with us an enjoyable and happy one.

3.1 Register (click here) and login to our website. You MUST activate your account by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation message which will be emailed to you.

3.2 Browse our products and enjoy the genius, talent, creativity, mastery and workmanship of our artists.

3.3 Upload required photos and detailed specifications including artwork of interest, size, number of persons/subjects, background/props, skin tone, eye color and hair color. Click Photo Requirements for details.

3.4 We will verify the order via emails and/or phone. When all information is verified, a confirmation email, containing your exact specifications, WHICH YOU NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE, will be sent to you.

3.5 Click on product(s) of interest and add them to the shopping cart. If you are not done; then, keep adding the products. If you are done; then; click on "Cart" when a pop-up window appears or "Show Cart" in the left column menu. At this point if you have neither logged in nor registered, you will be asked to do so.

3.6 Click on "Check out" to start the payment process of your order.

3.6.1 If the Shipping Address is different than the Billing Address, then click on "Add a new Shipping Address".

3.6.2 Select a shipping method.

3.6.3 Please read the Terms of Service by clicking I agree to the Terms of Service. Then click the check box to select "I agree to the Terms of Service".

3,6.4 Click on "Confirm Order". You will be redirected to a secured Paypal site where you can make payment from your bank account or credit card. Simply follow PayPal instructions. WE NEVER EVER SEE YOUR SENSITIVE FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

3.6.5 The following occurs after your Paypal payment is processed and completed:

3.6.5.1 We email the invoice to your registered email address.

3.6.5.2 Paypal emails the payment receipt to your Paypal registered email address.

3.6.5.3 Paypal will redirect you back to our website. Click on "Follow this link to view the Order Details" to see your order information.

3.7 When we have completed the artwork, we will email you digital photos of your order. If you are not satisfied, we can only do minor modifications. However, we may have to charge extra for any major changes, if they can be done.

3.8 We ship the order to you via Express Mail Service (EMS), the international express postal service. However, arrangements can be made if you prefer other carriers. Once shipped, we will email shipping information to you, including your tracking number and tracking link. Upon delivery, the order must be signed for. For details see item #6 – Shipping.

3.9 Sit back, relax and enjoy your very own exquisite, unique, one of a kind, custom made art to the envy of your friends and family.

Shipping is based on the total weight of each artwork in your order.

We ship worldwide using Express Mail Service (EMS) which is the international express postal service. For most countries, it usually takes about a week to reach your door. We will email you when the order is shipped along with the tracking number and tracking link.

Our due diligence shows that EMS is the most cost effective way and the least expensive way to ship. However arrangements can be made if you prefer other carriers.

Customs duties and taxes i.e. sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT) etc., are your responsibility, and we do not charge for them. Once the package is delivered to you, you may be required to pay for them according to the regulations in your country.

For delivery within the state of Texas, we are mandated to add 8.25% sales tax to the orders (products and shipping fees). The sales tax amount will be calculated and shown during the checkout process and in your invoice.

For wedding cake toppers and figurines, the creation process takes 4 – 6 weeks.

For caricature drawings and portraits, the creation process takes 2 – 3 weeks.

All sales are final with no returns or refunds. For details, see item #2 - What if I am confused and/or don’t know where to begin to place an order?.

Generally NO! However, we may consider it on a case by case basis for incomplete works only. That means, we will not be able to offer refunds, of any kind, for completed works. For details, see item #2 - What if I am confused and/or don’t know where to begin to place an order?.

Likeness is the most crucial part of our work. PLEASE CLICK HERE to see for yourself. Although we pledge to do our best, it is impossible to achieve 100% likeness. Please keep in mind that these artworks are representations, not exact copies of their subjects.

Regrettably, we cannot offer volume discount as each artwork is individually crafted and customized exactly to your specifications and unique - there can be no others exactly the same.

We reserve the right to display on our website any of the artwork created by us for you unless you tell us in writing, by email, not to do so.
